A person by the name of Luntz is going to different Xbox forums and posting images of what appears to be crop circles. This could easily be a prank played by someone with good image editing skills, but certain clues lead us to believe this is another viral marketing campaign by Microsoft. This would be nothing new to Microsoft; they have launched ILoveBees, OurColony, and Origen Xbox 360, all of which were started in the same style that these crop circles were .
In the images there are three crop circles. Two are in the sand and one is in the grass. All of the crop circles have the same design and the same three numbers in roman numerical format; 1, 6 and 8. These pictures were taken two days apart of one another, on Oct 8th, 10th and 12th of 2005.
There is also a picture taken on October 22nd, 1980. The pic shows two soldiers shaking hands with a large plane in the background. On the plane has a circle on the side, which fits the “Xbox 360 theme”.
