On that sentence it may not be a shock to you to hear that HEavy Rain has sold over 1 million copies across the world, and developers Quantic Dream expect the game to have sold over 1.5 million copies come the turn of the year.

“That was a surprise to many, since estimated sales were between 200,000 to 300,000 units. We estimate that by the end of the year, we will have sold 1.5m copies, and are very pleased with the reception.”
