Halo Wars leaderboards reset

Have you been RTS’ing the hell out of your Xbox 360 recently in Halo Wars? Possibly even posting some sweet scores into the Xbox LIVE leaderboards? Well according to Microsoft, an Xbox LIVE Technical issue has wiped them all.

“An Xbox Live technical issue wiped all Halo Wars Xbox Live Leaderboards earlier today,” Microsoft has confirmed to CVG.

A statement explains: “This includes all singleplayer, multiplayer and Trueskill leaderboards, as well as all matchmaking data. At this time it’s unknown if the data can be restored, resulting in the Halo Wars Leaderboards being reset to original Launch Day status.”

The LIVE team are investigating the cause, and will provide an update “as soon as possible.”

If your coming home and reading this now, I sympathise with you. Best thing to do is, as they say, get back on the horse and post some bigger and better scores. Good luck, and lets hope they discover the problem asap.
