Whilst us regular gamers have to wait until Wednesday to get to grips with it, specially selected members of the press are playing the Halo 3 beta right now. Gamespot, IGN and 1UP.com have all confirmed they have tried the beta for themselves. Gamespot are even running a live gameplay marathon where you can see the beta in action.
Meanwhile for those of you still without your Beta invite, Xbox 360 Fanboy is reporting they found their invites in their Bungie.net Message boxes. We presume you can’t actually use the codes as of yet. I personally don’t have a Bungie.net (well I do now) so I can’t confirm this, however, if any of our visitors do have a Bungie.net and have been invited to the Beta, feel free to confirm this in the comments box below.
Update: Our very own Leader/Admin Anthony Barker is playing the Halo 3 beta as I type this. Look out for his impressions soon.
