GRAW 2 Announced, Assassins Creed Delayed

Ubisoft have today announced a sequel to Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter. The game was announced bizarrely by way of a sales report press release. The press release sates:
“Ubisoft today announces the launch in the fiscal fourth quarter [Q1 2007] of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2, which will capitalize on the first episode’s success (more than 2.4 millions copies sold).” No platforms were announced, but the game will almost certainly be coming to Xbox 360.

Also in the press release was the announcement that Assassins Creed and Brothers In Arms: Hell’s Highway have both been delayed and will now be released in the next fiscal year (April 2007 to March 2008)
