Grand Theft Auto documentary to air on BBC Two next week

The Gamechangers, a factual drama about the Grand Theft Auto series, will be broadcast next week.

The 90-minute long drama will tell the story of a three-year period of intense controversy in the history of the game’s development, when developer Sam House (portrayed by Daniel Radcliffe) and Jack Thompson (Bill Paxton) clashed.

According to the BBC, “this drama has not been authorised by the producers of Grand Theft Auto. Rather, it is based on court documents and interviews with many of those involved in the real events behind this compelling story”.

The Gamechangers airs on BBC Two at 9pm on Tuesday, September 15th, 2015.
