Japanese gamers will be chuffed to hear that Gran Turismo 5 is delayed yet again.
The game should have arrived before Christmas both in the East and over here in Europe, but it never did surface.
Sony announced that the latest delay is only applicable for the Japanese market however; but gave no firm details on a new release date.
Sony Europe meanwhile in a statement said to Eurogamer.
“This information on the GT release is only applicable for the Japanese market. SCEE will announce the launch date for this game in the PAL territories in due course.”
It doesn’t bode well for Europeans as the game was due in March in Japan as Sony Japan accounced at the Tokyo Game Show last year.
But for the time being, we’ll have to make do with Prolouge, the longest ‘pre-game’ ever.
