Goldeneye Coming to 360 & PS3

The classic first person shooter 007 Goldeneye looks set to hit the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 after the Goldeneye 007 domain names were registered by Bond publisher Activision.

CVG have suggested that this points towards another remake of the Bond title possibly for the Xbox 360 and PS3. A new Bond title has already been confirmed for 2011, instead of being an entirely new venture for James this new title could simply be the 1997 remake.

In November of 2010 Eurocom developed a Wii version of the title which featured eight-player online multiplayer and a new plot. They even decided to put Craigs face on Bond in place of Brosnan, a strange move to say the least.

Bond film #23 will be accompanied by a game in 2012, hopefully though sometime in 2011 we’ll be seeing Goldeneye remade.

Lee is an avid gamer, photographer, film buff and sports fan. A scaly brat since birth it only seemed right for him to join Her Majesties Armed Forces of which he has been a proud member ever since. Despite a long absence from gaming, during which he spent many a night reminiscing about the glory days on Halo 2, Matty is now back online smashing his way through Black Ops and soon enough Gears of War 3 and Battlefield 3.
