Gears of War 4‘s digital Ultimate Edition includes four days early access to the upcoming shooter, allowing players to begin playing on Friday, October 7, four days ahead of the game’s official release on Tuesday, October 11.
The bonus is similar to the one included in last year’s Forza Motorsport 6 Ultimate Edition, which also offeredearly access to the game.
Alongside early access, the £79.99 edition also bundles in a Vintage Del multiplayer character and the game’s Season Pass, which offers “permanent” ownership of 24+ multiplayer maps, access to a VIP playlist granting early access to new maps and modes, and more.
