Fierce store-wars over FIFA 10 RRP

It isn’t out until Friday, yet reports from MCV suggest FIFA 10 could be sold for as low as £25.

Last year saw Asda and Tesco battle it out over the launch weekend to drive down the price of the annual footballing simulation. And the word on the street is that the same is going to happen from Friday.

Tesco are due to sell FIFA 10 or £28.99 from midnight on Friday until the end of Sunday and that applies for both PS3 and Xbox 360 versions, a tidy saving of £21 off the RRP of £49.99.

Asda meanwhile could sell the game for as low as £25 for one day only; which will surely spark a few fights down in aisle 24.

We’re awaiting final confirmation, but get yourselves down and camp at your local supermarket for midnight on Friday!
