Fallout: New Vegas may not have been released yet, but a bug has already been found very early on in the game. The (literally) head-spinning glitch sees Doc Mitchell’s (the first character players encounter) head spinning while he talks, before he floats around the room. Evidence of the bug was captured and uploaded to YouTube and viewable below:
No word of a patch has yet to be announced.
