Fable 3 opening cinematic with…chickens?

The opening cinematic for the third game in the Fable series gives you the joy of following the adventures of a plucky chicken who escapes captivity to then get itself in a number of scrapes while Zoe Wanamaker, the voice of Theresa, narrates how Albion needs a revolution, with this chicken as the metaphor for said revolution.

It gives you a look at the areas of Albion you’ll be able to explore with downtrodden peasant filled streets to the luxurious castles in the hills. Fable 3 focuses on your hero as a self-serving ruler of Albion, with you making the decisions on how the world is run. Released on October 26th, I’m quite looking forward to this new installment, mainly because of the new elements Lionhead are implementing.

It’s nice to see everyones favourite punting target as the hero, even if his fate isn’t too favourable.
