Lionhead and Microsoft announced today that those eager gamers who pre-order the upcoming Fable 2 will get free access to the upcoming Live Arcade “Pub Games” based on the Fable 2 minigames. These will include Keystone, Spinnerbox and Fortune’s Tower which are all like casino games ie. Roulette and slot machines etc. If you don’t pre-order Fable 2, Pub Games will be available for 800 MS Points when released in August.
Alongside this, Fable 2 will come in two varieties; Regular and Collector’s Edition. The Collector’s Edition will feature an additional disc featuring making-of goodies, a collectible Hobbe figure, some lovely in-game content as well as a free Xbox Live trail card.
Fable 2 really does look great and looks to be even better than Fable, which I really enjoyed for the original Xbox (which is an Xbox Original for those who want to play it) So for those eager to get Fable 2, pre-order now and get a free Arcade game as well. A good deal I think.
