Fable 2 goes gold. No glitches involved.

Lionhead Studios have confirmed on their Developers Blog that Fable 2 has gone gold. Three years on from ‘Fable: The Lost Chapters’, Lionhead have “built a new engine, built an entire new tools architecture and editor, created a new and compelling story, built and populated a world which is massive compared to the original Fable, attempted highly complex and difficult things.”

If you have yet to figure out the title, it’s a reference to the “intentional” Fable II Pub Games glitch. Fable 2 releases on Friday 24th October 2008. You can view the recently revealed achievement list for the game here.
