Fable 2 expansion out Tuesday

Lionhead have announced a final release date for the Fable 2 expansion which was due out in December.

The expansion will be released on the 13th January which is next Tuesday and will cost 800 MS Points (£6.80 in old money). The location for the game is Knothole Island which sits off the coast of Albion and will feature all new quests, characters, shops, items and weapons.

For those who don’t want to splash out for the content, a free update will be available which will allow you to receive gifts from residents of Knothole Island even if you don’t purchase the expansion.

A final update will see fifty new leader-boards added on Lionhead.com. You can also download the new developer diary on the Marketplace which teases more about the expansion.
