Exploiters have dampened spirits of gamers playing the new Microsoft game, 1 vs 100 on Xbox Live.
Details of the problems emerged after a series of players with ‘Defensive’ at the beginning of there name began to infiltrate the system including being ‘The One’ four times over.
Some of these have little or no Gamerscore, throwing into doubt the legitimacy of the players. The video below from Youtube was taken by a gamer playing on Saturday night. He was sent a voice message from an alleged ‘hacker”:
In the video the gamer known as ‘Danny’ from Doncaster says:
“It’s cause me and my mates are hackers. We like, you know, how to fix it. So erm if you ever see anyone with Defensive before there name then it is my or one of my mates. We’ve been The One and in the Mob, four times as The One.”
Players can only become The One, once per season of shows to give a fair chance for all gamers. The news has thrown open flaws with the programme which is still in Beta.
Microsoft have yet to comment on any aspect of 1 vs 100, but we’re sure that we’ll need some answers quickly to eradicate the cheats from what is otherwise a decent family fun title.
