It’s got to be some kind of 2k7 thing, because a free stuff week on the Xbox Live Marketplace hardly comes around. And you thought you’d be looking for your last dime in order to get this, pfft! First we get new emergence holes from Epic Games for Gears of War and now we get a jerry killing ground from Activision for Call of Duty 3… all for free? All for free. The map entitled Champs is available for Xbox Live Gold members now and will later be available for Xbox Silver members on January 18th. The map is best suited for small to medium-sized warfare… because war can be organized. Furthermore, the Treyarch team will be online that same day to have a go on their latest creation so why don’t we show them that you don’t have to create a game to own it?
Activision will also be releasing a premium map pack with 5 additional battlegrounds for everyone to mess them all up for 800 Microsoft Points… wha… ? Where’d the free stuff go? Hey!
