Dragon Age: Inquisition will render at 1080p on PS4, 900p on Xbox One

Dragon Age: Inquisition will render at 1080p on the PlayStation 4 and 900p on Xbox One, it has been revealed.

The news was confirmed on the official Dragon Age Twitter account, with Bioware tweeting: “Confirmed: #DAI resolution is 1080p on PS4, and 900p on Xbox One. We maximized the current potential of each platform.”

Earlier this month, Ubisoft came under fire for supposedly limiting Assassin’s Creed Unity to 900p and 30 frames per second on both formats, which they later denied.

Dragon Age: Inquisition is set to launch on the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on Friday, November 21st, 2014.
