With Demo’s proving more and more popular, it seems as if Ubisoft will be getting in on the act fairly soon by releasing a demo for Splinter Cell Double Agent. Unfortunately, we know absolutely nothing about the demo, whether it’ll feature the single player or multiplayer aspects of the game or when we’ll see it on the Marketplace.
UPDATE: Ubisoft have since confirmed that a Multiplayer demo will be available to download from the Xbox Live Marketplace. Again, no date was set for when the demo will go live, but Ubisoft did say the demo “won’t be showing up sooner than a month before launch”.
In the same Community Update, Ubisoft announced a “penciled in” release date for the game of October 19th. No specific platforms were mentioned however.
