Could it be true, Denzel Washington one of cinemas greatest actors could be the voice behind John 117 (if you don’t know who that is then slap yourself) in the new Halo movie. Now your probably thinking the source of this news is probably some weirdo called ‘mole‘ who supposedly works behind the scenes at Bungie, well the source is in fact IGN FilmForce so there must be some truth to it.
There have been a few rumours surrounding who will play the legendary Spartan. Most of the news articles floating around the web predicted that muscle man Vin Diesel would play John, but to be honest many would much rather see Washington as the Spartan instead of someone like Vin Diesel.
No doubt the news will either be confirmed or de-bunked in the coming days, but for now we can but wonder what it would be like to here Denzels voice behind that famous golden vizor.
