By now, skateing fanatics have already found their way through EA’s Skate title which has left gamers either loving or hating its unique Flickit control mechanism. Now its the time for the park regular to enter the arena of rails and other urban obstacles with the release of Tony Hawk’s Proving Ground demo which apparently releases today on Xbox Marketplace.
We would expect the usual urban venue with the occasional challenge thrown into the demo mix. Perhaps we’ll also be able to have a play with the games new video feature. Once the demo is up and you’ve had a play, why not leave us your impressions along with which you prefer out of the two skate titles releasing this year.
Update: The 1.04GB demo has finally released on to the marketplace. Details below:
Dash Text: In Tony Hawk’s Proving Ground, you create your own story. This authentic skating experience gives you the freedom to truly define your character, story and style based on the choices you make, the path you select and the styles of skating you choose. In the demo skate through Philadelphia as you experience new features like the video editor, Nail the Grab, modify the environment and more! Then get the full game to explore the entire world and master all the new skills. Every skater has a story. Step onto the Proving Ground and create yours.
