Changes to GAME and GameStation stores announced

While many GAME and GameStation stores are set to close, a number of changes have been made to those staying open.

They will no longer be offering refunds or exchanges for products; no new pre-orders can be taken; no refunds can be given for any pre-order deposits which have been paid.

But that’s not all: GAME Reward Card/GameStation Elite Card points can be earned but not redeemed; gift cards have been suspended; trade-ins for pre-owned hardware has also been suspended and pre-owned software can no longer be traded in for cash (only Reward Card points).

The changes were announced on the group’s Facebook page.
