Finally. After 4 months since the game’s release, Microsoft have finally approved the long awaited patch for the fantastic Castle Crashers. This patch should sort out the problems with online play, lost game saves and other problems the game had upon release. The Behemoth should have a detailed post on their Dev Blog about what exactly the patch will do sometime today.

I, personally, only experienced one of the problems which was with online play. It was almost impossible to stay in a co-op match for more than 5 minutes without the game crashing Xbox LIVE, which was a great disappointment. Luckily, I never experienced the lost game saves. I’d rather not lose my Level 34 Blue Knight thank you very much!

This patch will probably get me back to playing Castle Crashers, and now that i’ll have some help from friends, I might be able to finish the last two bosses in the game.
