Call of Duty: Ghosts could be set for a reveal on May 1, according to alleged Gamestop marketing schedule.
The marketing plans, reportedly sent out to Gamestop stores, suggests that gamers can expect news of a new “Call of Duty Title” in just a few short days, and urges employees not to reveal any promotional materials before May 1.
Infinity Ward community manager Tina Palacios also jumped aboard the hype train, claiming that Call of Duty: Ghosts was due imminently when she tweeted “Soon”to fans of the series.
Tesco also listed both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the game last week, alongside its official box art, before quickly removing the listing when fans caught wind of it.
Gamestop also posted additional information about the unannounced title, claiming that Call of Duty: Ghosts will feature a “new next-generation Call of Duty engine” and will launch on November 4.
