Call of Duty 2 add pulled from TV

The UK’s Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) has told Activision to pull the Call of Duty 2 adverts from being broadcasted. The ASA received a few (that’s right 3!) complaints about how the footage shown on TV isn’t actual game footage and is “misleading”. Activision tried their best to argue their case saying that “using pre-rendered footage was common practice”.

Well I think we all know that game adverts use quite a lot of pre-rendered footage, but is it really that misleading?
