You may remember that Consolemonster reported that Burnout would be “all Burnt-Out”. Well it looks like EA had a change of heart and have given the demo a boost of fuel. Word has it that the demo will now be available to download until February 15th.
“Burnout Paradise is built to provide the ultimate in freedom and discovery online and offline.
The demo did a terrific job of providing players a taste of that. Seeing how the social online multiplayer gameplay is such a huge part of Burnout Paradise, we’ve decided to keep the multiplayer demo functionality on for a bit longer.
We’ll be switching off the servers on February 15, 2008 – after that, we encourage you to go buy the game and experience Burnout Paradise’s full capabilities, as you work together to complete the full repertoire of 350 co-operative challenges and compete to see who is the real King of the Road.”
So with less than 14 days to go before the demo is finally all “Burnt-Out” will you be racing your way to the marketplace to download? Let us know by leaving a comment below!
