Bungie tell us to “keep it clean”

After the canned announcement of a possible new Halo game, it seems Bungie are back to their ‘old’ tricks. If you take a look at Bungie.net you’ll be greeted with service messages with “Keep it clean” in big letters. There is also a load of code which appears to be a conversation between a Superintendent and Community Duty Officer.

I’ve had a few clicks round and have noticed the following:

  • The profile name of the poster of the conversation is seven lines. The number seven is Bungie’s favourite number.
  • The poster’s profile shows that they are a “Superintendent” – possibly the Superintendent in the conversation?
  • And a look at the poster’s forum posts show “Keep It Clean” numerous times with certain letters being replaced with numbers.

Have you noticed anything other people might not have? If so, leave us a comment. We’d love to hear your findings.
