Battlefield 3 comes to the March issue of Game Informer

The world’s number one video game magazine, Game Informer, revealed their upcoming March issue front cover today, which showcases DICE’s upcoming Battlefield 3 title. Excited much? We are!

February seems to be the month to learn more about DICE’s epic shooter, with rumours of more information being announced at this year’s Games Developers Conference. Game Informer goes on to tease us by saying that their March issue will spill all sorts of bloody beans about the game’s single player (?) and the all important multiplayer aspect of the game.

Featuringdeferred rendering, real-time radiosity, a new animation system borrowed from the EA Sports label, and an exponential leap in destructibility, Battlefield 3 is looking to take on the likes of the Call of Duty franchise head on, and you got to be pumped at the thought of that – if you have any blood running through your gaming veins.

A premier teaser trailer will be unveiled tomorrow, which will certainly kick-off a face-shooting month of Battlefield 3 hype. Bring it on!
