Ubisoft have decided to make a ’short movie’ for the highly anticipated Assassin’s Creed, Mary Beth Hensen, a spokeswomen for Ubisoft has commented;
“We may consider doing longer-form films or television sometime in the future. We’re basically putting to work the existing creativity of our game developers as well as adding a more traditional cinematic slant to our roster.”
At the moment Mary Beth Hensen has said that she wants the developers to have a close relationship with the film markers, to see how well they can incorporate the game in to a movie. There is currently no release date for the movie, but obviously it wont be in cinema’s, most likely hitting Microsoft’s Xbox Live Marketplace. The movie will last approximately 8-minutes.
