All Xbox Apps Must Support the Kinect

Microsoft have revealed that they have made Kinect voice and motion control a required aspect for all new Xbox Apps.

Any apps that wish to be published on Xbox will need to include controls for the latest gaming peripheral before Microsoft will give the go ahead for said apps to become available to gamers.

This is no doubt now enforced along with the new Kinect friendly dashboard released a few days ago. We just wonder if Microsoft are trying to hard to ram the Kinect down gamers throats and if this form of marketing may in fact have an adverse affect on it’s fans?
