Here’s another little video that has been released onto the Internet in the build up to Rockstar’s Grand Theft Auto IV.
The video only lasts a mere 17 seconds and does not give much away. It wasto be at the beginning of the official website loading stage, similar to that of GTA3 back in the day. Why it was never used in the final design is unknown. Have a look for yourself.
