Final Fantasy XI players have 11 days left to play the free beta disc that was bundled with the OXM magazine and given out free in Japan with Xbox 360 consoles. The beta disc was given out to allow the players to grab a full taste of the game and allow Square Enix to iron out any bugs. The full game will be available on April 17th so FFXI players will have time to cool down before they can play the game again. The good news is that if you have currently been playing the FFXI beta, when you buy the full game you will easily be able to transfer your user across. So will you be purchasing the game? Or does the fact that it uses PlayOnline software instead of Xbox LIVE bug you? Views are going to be mixed about this game. But we have to remember, this is the first massive multiplayer online game for the Xbox 360 so there can only be more to come.
