Two weeks after the game launches,GTA Vfree-falls intoan online world

When Grand Theft Auto V launches on Tuesday, September 17th, 2013, gamers will have to wait approximately another two weeks until they are able to take the experience online. Why? Because Rockstar is still working on GTA Online – the most exciting development in the history of the series.

GTA Online is a persistent online world, which incorporates all of Grand Theft Auto V’s single player elements. Everything from heists to races and from sports to deathmatches will be available to play with up to 16 active players. However, those 16 players are part of an online universe of hundreds of thousands.

Everyone playing online is in competition with each other to get their hands on Reputation Points (or RP for short), cash, houses and vehicles, as they attempt to establish their reputation in Los Santos.

In addition, Rockstar have revealed they will constantly be adding missions and contents to GTA Online, with the option for players to create their own missions also available. You’ll also be able to form your own crews to complete the missions – which are different to the single player ones.

How much will all this cost you? It’s completely free to play with every copy of Grand Theft Auto V, though it’s worth noting that Rockstar have said that it will not be sold separately.
