The Dead Island 2 beta will be exclusive to PlayStation 4 for 30 days, the game’s developer has revealed.
Posting on the official beta website, Deep Silver said: “Those who have selected PS4 as their platform of choice for the Dead Island 2 beta will receive access 30 days before Xbox One and PC users.”
At this moment in time, the only way to access the beta is by purchasing a copy of the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 spin-off Escape Dead Island.
A launch date for the Dead Island 2 beta has yet to be announced.
Dead Island 2 is expected to launch on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in April 2015.
