A new Xbox Live Arcade game has been announced today. Warhammer 40,000: Kill Team will be released around the same time as it’s bigger ‘retail’ brother Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine.
In the game you take the role of an Emperors ‘Elite’ Space Marine on a daring mission against a giant Ork Kroozer bound for an Imperial Forge World. You can choose a Space Marine chapter, pick from a variety of weapons and also adds the ability to team up with a buddy in co-op mode. It does seem a strange choice to release them both together as no doubt the co-op mode of this arcade game is a huge selling point, but most every gamer will prefer and undoubtedly opt for the retail game Space Marine.
