Killzone 2 demo likely in Europe

Sony will release a demo of Killzone 2 on the European PlayStation Network, but will not confirm when this will take place.

The announcement came as a source from the publisher spoke to Eurogamer; stating that providing the QA for the demo clears, it will be released prior to the launch of the game in Europe.

In America though, gamers will only get hold of the demo when they pre-order through GameStop due to an exclusivity agreement. A general release will take place following the launch of the game.

Killzone 2 is due in February though no specified date has been announced yet. We'll keep you posted and have a full review when the game is out.
