On the 19th of November Xbox Live users will be treated to the new NXE system update for their Xbox 360 consoles. While most of us will be excited with just that, Microsoft has come up with a rather tasty prize draw to celebrate the launch.

A massive 1,000.000 MS Points will be given away for users who download the NXE update and download content from the marketplace during the 19th and 23rd of November. The catch is that the content downloaded to enter must be from the Movie, TV show, Full arcade game, Xbox original game, Add on content or Music video category.

So what do you get for making a purchase during the 4 days of launch? Here is the full prize list.

• One Grand Prize of 500,000 MS Points
• Five 1st Prizes of 50,000 MS Points
• Ten 2nd Prizes of 10,000 MS Points
• Thirty 3rd Prizes of 5,000 MS Points

I could always use some extra points on my account. With the new avatars coming I could get them dressed up in some classy gear. Tomb Raider Underworld will be receiving 2 DLC packs in December and the New Year and who knows when the GTA4 content will arrive!?
