Microsoft has announced a Minecraft Xbox One Edition retail release date of November 18 in North America.
The physical version will cost $19.99, the same price as the digital edition launched earlier this month.
Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition owners can upgrade to the digital Xbox One version of the game for $4.99. Xbox 360 creations and most DLC can be transferred to the Xbox One version, which supports worlds 36 times larger than those found on last-gen.
PS4 owners will be able to buy a physical retail version of Minecraft from October 7.
