Microsoft Releases 250GB HDD

“Let me save your DLC woes!”

Still clinging on to the last remnants of bytes on your aging 20GB Xbox 360 HDD? Then now is the time to consider taking the plunge into purchasing a new 250GB HDD peripheral from Microsoft.

In the last moments of raping your wallets before the ‘rumoured’ USB support kicks into touch, Microsoft have announced the release of their 250GB Hard Disk Drive. No longer do you have to fork out for a complete console bundle to enjoy the spacious 250GB of Hard Drive space for all your lovely downloadable content and saved games.

The 250GB HDD will be available from April 16th and will be priced at an estimated retail price of (I hope you’re sitting down) £79.99. How much retailers will lower this price point over the coming months we do not know, but what we do know, is these days £80 can get you a nice 500+GB 2.5” SATA drive. So paying around £40 more isn’t too bad to stomach if you are coming from a 20GB HDD, you deserve a pat on the back for lasting this long in our books!

Let us know if you will be taking the plunge in upgrading in the comments.
