Lara Croft Guardian of Light goes free on Xbox Live Gold

Xbox Live Gold subscribers can now downloadLara Croft and the Guardian of Lightfor free as part of Microsoft’s Games with Gold promotion.

Released in August 2010, thedownloadable titleis regularly priced at £9.99 / $14.99. In ourLara Croft and the Guardian of Light review, we called the game “a retro-inspired shooter that’s small in scale but big in entertainment”.

Guardian of Light replacesSleeping Dogs, which was a free Games with Gold downloadduring the first half of January.

Announced at E3 in June 2013, Games with Gold gives XBLG subscribers two free games to keep each month, with a new title made available on the 1st and 16th of each month.
