Kinect Available Through Your Laptops

It seems that the technology behind the Microsoft Kinect will soon be finding it’s way to your laptop lids if recent reports are anything to go by.

A number of laptops have already been created with what is essentially a Kinect built into the lid. The laptops looks like a regular netbook, the only addition being a number of sensors above the screen where the Kinect-esque webcam will be working it’s magic.

It also seems that Microsoft have confirmed such news and this will no doubt be quite the money spinner for the firm. Although as with most products released by MS it will be limited to a select few companys for use on their laptops, Asus being one of those.

It also seems that the new laptops will be integrated with the upcoming Windows 8 Operating System.
