Bungie.net have revealed details of the Halo 3 Assault Rifle that we’ll be using when the game launches later this year.
The MA5C is back! If you’re a die-hard Halo fan, you’ll know that the rifle was excluded from Halo 2, much to the displeasure of many gaming halo fans. We’re told that the MA5C’s power will be somewhere inbetween the MA5B and the BR55 Battle Rifle that we saw in Halo 2, and of course, you’ll be able to melee attack with the backend of it.
Interestingly, there will be no secondry fire on the rifle. In true Bungie fashion, details of the weapon are extremly detailed. We ran a Beta Competition just recently, so if you’re one of the lucky 360Monster readers who has won, you’ll be trying out the MA5C this Spring.
