Gamers who were disappointed by the PlayStation 3 version of Valve’s Half Life 2: The Orange Box could see an update to the game after a Valve representative replied to a 547-word rant on Valve’s forums.
In the reply the representative who goes by the forum name of “BurtonJ” said: “I am sorry that you are unsatisfied with your game. I hope that we will be able to correct any major issues in the future.”
This suggests something is being done about the game but it’s not guaranteed.
