Frame-A-Game is an elegant way to show your love for video games

There are many, many ways to display your love for games in your house or game room. Endless posters, figures, stickers, etc. But very few are on the same level as traditional interior display pieces. Luckily, the folks over at Frame-A-Game have stepped in to fill that void.

Offering stunning display pieces featuring the actual game box and disc or cartridge, these framed pieces would fit in with any home decor without standing out as the typical “gamer” tat. They offer pre-made pieces or you can even send in your own games and have them custom framed. This is perfect for those of us that have autographed copies of our favorite titles.

The quality is superb. I was genuinely surprised by how well made the frame itself is. Sturdy and clean, these frames would be fairly expensive if you were to order one and attempt to piece one together yourself. The printed art is well done as well. High quality printing make the background artwork pop behind the game itself. If I did have a complaint, it would be that the game cases and disc/carts aren’t brand new. This is obviously expected, especially for older generation titles. But just don’t expect a shiny, perfect game case to be inside your frame.

Overall, the quality, shipping care, and craftsmanship is top notch with Frame-A-Game. Sure, they aren’t the cheapest piece of gaming memorabilia, but that’s because they aren’t in fact “cheap”. The price reflects the quality, and I’m personally fine with that.

If you would like to snag your own piece of gaming history, you can order one over at the official website. While they are based in the United Kingdom, they do offer shipping to the US as well.

So thanks so much again to Frame-A-Game for sending over this lovely addition to my wall. I’ll treasure it for all time.

Introduced to video games when he was only five, after dying somewhere around four thousand times while playing Star Tropics, he never looked back. Some of his favorites range from titles like Shenmue and Metal Gear Solid 3 to Half-Life 2, Manhunt, and the Dark Souls series. Justin has a passion for vinyl records, and loves to collect video game memorabilia. If he had one wish, it would be to travel back to 1984 Miami.
