Dead Rising 2: Case Zero delayed [Updated]

*Update*

Time to relax as Xbox Live’s Major Nelson has “just confirmed that Dead Rising 2: Case Zero WILL be available on #XboxLIVE [sic] tomorrow. It will however be delayed in Japan and Korea.”

*Update End*

Dead Rising 2: Case Zero has been delayed, Capcom has revealed today. The news comes a day before the game was expected to release on the Xbox Live Marketplace (31st August).

The title, which fills in the gaps between the original and Dead Rising 2, was delayed so issues with the game can be rectified. It is not yet known what exactly needs to be corrected and no new release date for the game was provided. With Dead Rising 2 expected to release at the back end of September, Capcom don’t have long to fix and release the prologue.

The game’s achievements are viewable on Console Monster. What do you think of the delay? Leave us a comment with your thoughts.
