Ever played a rubbish game and thought “I could do better than that!”? Of course you have. Well now could be your chance to prove it. Microsoft have announced the XNA Game Studio Express a free PC program that allows users to create and play games for both Windows and Xbox 360.
Microsoft are expected that announce further details on the software later today at the company’s Gamefest conference in Seattle, so keep checking back for more. The first version of the software is expected to be ready for download by the end of August while a final version is expected by the end of 2006. A more advanced version is expected to go on sale in early 2007.
