Console Monster News
Nuketown Map and Double XP

The team at Treyarch have been hard at work ensuring that Black Ops 2 delivers when it blasts its way onto our consoles this November.

One of the highlights players are looking forward to is getting a chance to play on a revamped Nuketown map (which is free for those who pre-order the title). Treyarch have been kind enough to provide this screenshot and given us a brief description of what players can expect.

"Small and simple, yet lending itself to a variety of playstyles, the original Nuketown became an instant fan-favorite in Call of Duty: Black Ops.

An arena-style map with unique art design, Nuketown promoted the type of fast-paced action that Call of Duty fans from around the world have come to love. Now re-imagined in a 50's depiction of the "Model Home of the Future" Nuketown 2025 is set to take that familiar close-quarter chaos into the future!"

In addition to access to the free map, those that pre-order the game will have access to a double xp weekend between 16th and 18th November.

Black Ops 2 is due for release on 13th November. Let us know your thoughts on this news and if you’ll be picking up the title.
