Dead Space 3 - New Monster Artwork

The Dead Space franchise has never shied away from bringing imaginary horrors to life and to confirm this, EA has recently provided artwork for a new monster we can expect to see in Dead Space 3.

This new monster is called a Feeder.

EA have said about this monster:

“Feeders, are blind, but they make up for their loss of sight with acute senses of smell and hearing. Some lighting can also attract them despite their nearly complete lack of vision. When startled, they'll attack in swiftly moving hordes and they unhinge their jaws to swallow their victims' (in this case, Isaac and John's) heads whole.”

Dead Space 3 is due for release in Q1 of 2013 and I am sure we will have more announcements as we get further to the games launch.
