Kratos was on form at the Sony conference tonight, slaughtering seemingly innocent elephants in this 7 minute gameplay demonstration of God of War: Ascension for the PS3.

The footage shows a small portion of the game being played in single player, fighting a range of foes along with some platform sequences. The video comes to a close with Kratos leaping head first into a boss battle, which we hope to get more footage of when available.
