Bethesda have revealed the game update 1.6 for Skyrim will introduce mounted combat. So all you Skyrim fans can get on your high horse, weild that steel sword above your head and plant it on the crown of an opposing enemy force. Sounds fun.

This will come along with your usual bug issues being fixed and improvements with the games stability.

A date has yet to be released for the new update although it is already available for PC gamers via steam. Console gamers won't have to wait long though.
